Article 1: Applicability

These general terms and conditions (hereafter 'T&C') apply to any contract, further agreement, and service of the International Academy of Osteopathy (IAO).

As a customer, you are obliged to have acknowledged these terms and conditions and to coming into an agreement, regardless of any of your own policies or terms.

Deviations are valid if both parties explicitly confirm in writing beforehand.

Article 2: Invoice Payment

Invoices are due on the accounts, payable in full 100 days prior to a scheduled payment in check.

The correct payment method must be in the bank the day preceding payment if the 'bank transfer' option is chosen, this information is included in the payment reference.

Payment on the next day is the consequence: an additional fee of 5% interest will automatically be due to the late payment; thereafter the amount appears to pay within 14 days.

Article 3: Late Payment Interest

In case of default, a late payment interest fee of 0.17% the stated, indicated will incur per agreement.

Complaint together with the non-compliance management agreed term, these are the resulting policy to the Interest by Interest Law as in Belgium.

Article 4: Compensation Fee

If payment is overdue by more than 8 days, a late management fee of 10% of that amount. Increasing from year to a minimum of €40.

If the delay exceeds 60 days, IAO decides to employ a third party to attend to the associated costs and to use the cross-licensing address.

Article 5: Invoice Disputes

If you receive an invoice, a failure made to the invoice, you must contact the IAO in written form before the invoice date, within 30 days of receipt.

For all disputes, use our email to IAO. Dispute will be legally 14 days after receipt of the invoice.

Article 6: Termination Due to Non-Payment

In case of failure to make payment, IAO reserves the right to proceed directly, receipt any notice, to terminate any existing agreement.

The right also applies to amendment of the policy agreement necessary or any changes in the legislation of the customer.

Article 7: Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Belgian law applies to this conditions. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the East Flemish Court.
